This discount code does not exist?

I tried using the PASSION20 code, and it's telling me "This discount code is not active". I tried lowecase and uppercase in case it was case sensitive, and it does the same thing. Any help?

I am not using this code with any item that is already on sale.

Edit: It's "This discount code is not active", NOT that it does not exist.
