I tired to add the EF bullet gift to my order but it doesn't get added to the order. My order will be over 70 bucks but I would rather have the bullet than the cordless one they offer. I tried with that, and the pink cordless bullet does get added to my order. Anyone else experiencing this? What could the problem be? Are they out of the EF bullet?

So I searched products for the EF bullet, and it says it's stock. When I added it to my cart that way, the product was added normally.

I would submit a support ticket. I tried adding it from the front page ad and it didn't work for me either.

I tried several times the other day and after about 4 or 5 times of everything disappearing out of my cart when I added the free gift I was able to add it and complete my order.

I've had this happen to me before with free EF gifts, so just submit a ticket.

I'm sorry to hear that! Like everyone else said, submit a support ticket. It worked before but I got it just a few days ago. Something must be wrong with the code or something.

The problem seems to be gone now! The bullet was added to my cart and I got to place my order.

I submitted one too, lol. I think EF might be overloaded with support tickets right now.
