I returned something I purchased earlier this month. The original purchase was for multiple items & I paid part with a gift card & part with a credit card. Whenever I submitted the return request, I selected to receive the refund back in gift card form, but I received an e-mail yesterday saying that the money had been refunded to my credit card. It's not showing up on my card yet & I just wanted to double check that it was supposed to take a little while to go through. I'm not all that concerned about it since I know things can be slow to go back on a credit card, but I was expecting to receive it back as a gift card & it's not showing up on my EdenFantsys account either, so I wanted to make sure this was normal.

Did you check your gift card list on your dashboard? I've had to do a few returns, and each time I get an email stating that the money has been refunded to my credit card. It never actually gets refunded to my credit card -- instead, it shows up on a gift card on my account dashboard list.

Thanks so much to both of you! I didn't even think to check under Gift Cards, for some reason, I was thinking it'd show up under Eden Points. I really appreciate it!
