Any tips for getting the "Friend who shared" discount?

I've done these Facebook friends promotions before, but I didn't do the "friend who shared" part. Now I finally did and it's still only taking 25% off instead of 30%. Is there a certain time you need to wait? A privacy setting? Something else I'm missing?

I'm logged in with the right account, my posts are public, and I've actually shared it a few times because it wasn't working. It's still saying 25%.

It looks like there's a glitch. I'll let our tech guys know so it can be fixed. I'm sorry for the inconvenience.

I had the same problem a couple of weeks ago. I submitted a support ticket and they ended up just sending me a gift card worth the other 5% because we couldn't get it to work no matter what I tried.

I remember! We in customer service can get pretty creative when it comes to handling bugs. If it really isn't working for you, submit a ticket. We can figure something out.

I'm had that problem earlier today and no matter what I tried, I couldn't get the extra 5% off. Now it is just saying an unknown error occurred, and I can't even get the 25% off.

I tried it again with another sale and it wasn't working.

Maybe it's because I have multiple facebook accounts linked to mine?

I don't know, but I hope the issue is fixed because the sale ends tomorrow. I sent in a support ticket and hopefully they will get back to me in time.

I tried ordering something from this weekend's sale but I also got 25% off instead of 30%. Because of that I didn't place my order. Without the glitch, I definitely would've ordered.

I just wanted to post that I still have trouble with this. I'm to ignorant to think of submitting a ticket, so there have been a couple sales that I have just said 'screw it' to because I couldn't get it to work.
