EF doesn't refund even the shippment has failed for two month

Contributor: Lolek Lolek
I made my order two month before, but it has not yet arrived. The USPS tracing shows it has been routed to South Africa instead of Hungary.
EF doesn't want to refund the shipping cost and says the pack is still on route and they can't be sure that I will get the pack eventually. They has refunded the item price, but not the shipping cost. How can I get refund the shipping cost also?

I would appreciate any advice.

Thanks in advance,
Lolek

sad to say, if they say they won't, they won't. have you tried to contact the shipper to ask about getting your package?

I can only guess, but it sounds like the problem is that the item is still showing that it's in transit. They likely are waiting to see if you do get the package eventually. Once the tracking shows it's delivered to the wrong address, or it lists it as lost, then Eden would probably refund your shipping as well. If they refunded it now and you ended up receiving the item later, they would be out the shipping. (Let me guess, is the shipping a lot more than the order total?)

So, to get your shipping refunded, you probably have to wait until the shipping service no longer says the package is en route. Edeneve had a good suggestion. I would definitely contact the shipping company and deal with their customer service. You might find out much more information that way. I think you will receive your order eventually, but if not, I think you'll get your shipping fee refunded by Eden.

When was the shipment supposed to arrive? If it was supposed to arrive sooner, they should still refund some of the shipping price at the minimum, because that is poor business to leave a customer without their product and without their money.
