So, I placed an order last night and didn't expect it to be shipped (USPS) until Tuesday because of the holiday. This morning, I was very pleasantly surprised to see that it supposedly shipped today. But I thought Eden doesn't ship on Saturdays? Am I seeing confirmation that it actually shipped, or just that a label was printed?

I am surprised as well--I thought they were closed on weekends. It is possibly the label printing, but keep your fingers crossed!

I didn't think so but since it's a holiday weekend maybe since they are closed on Monday. I have to check the status on my Tiani now!

Wow, I have an order that I made on Tuesday and another on Thursday and neither have shipped. I wonder what is going on.

Well, I checked the status again this morning, and according to the post office, it's still "electronic shipping info received." However, since the post office doesn't update very often, that doesn't mean anything.
I'm just super impatient.
EDIT: I see now that it actually made it to the post office. So I'll get it a day early...I think. As long as they are running their trucks over the weekend. Happy dance!

Hello everyone, I'm here to answer your questions.
1st - we did process orders on Saturday. USPS was picked up, as it's a working day for them; UPS sat until today.
2nd - some of your orders appear to be still in process/not shipped. We did have an issue with tracking numbers making their way back to the order management system. So, unless held up by backorder or verification, your order was shipped as scheduled. I have a list of all tracking numbers, we'll upload them to the system ASAP.
I can message/email you your tracking information directly, just message or email me (ilya@edenfantasys.com ) your order# and first/last name!

I have an order that I placed on the 30th and another I placed on the 31st and neither of them are showing up that they've shipped. It's actually showing that I can still modify/cancel if I would like.
