#AskEden - UPS hasn't delivered my package yet

So I have been looking forward to my package and have been tracking it through UPS. It was out for delivery today and tracking said it was delivered to my house at 4:16pm and left on my doorstep. My husband was home all day and it never showed up. I submitted a support ticket. I also checked with my neighbors and nothing. I called UPS and they were no help at all...basically told me to just contact EF and they will start an investigation. I'm so pissed because it was over $100 worth of stuff that I was sooo looking forward to having. I'm so pissed...lol

Wow, that is absolutely horrible!! I hope this gets cleared up for you and you get your items on Tuesday. My sympathies!!!

I don't really know if there's anything that Eden can do, it sounds like it's more UPS's fault to me. You may get it on Tuesday, a few times I've had something be 'delivered' and then show up the next day.

How awful! UPS is not my favorite shipping company ever. I always seem to have issues with them.

Unfortunately, packages do go missing sometimes; that's part of the downfall of shopping online. I work for a big ecommerce site, and 50% of what I do all day is find people's lost boxes. A lot of the time when it's marked as delivered, it's misdelivered or hidden in a stupid place--I've had customers call and say they found it inside garages, or even thrown up onto a balcony that was not accessible except by climbing up a tree.

It's definitely on UPS for this one. There isn't much we can do. The best you can do is submit a Support Ticket and we'll do what we can.

If there was an assignment in there, please contact JR via on-site message or email and let him know as soon as you can.

In the meantime...check your neighbors' balconies and garages?

Did all that already. Contacted UPS and they said I needed to contact you guys. There was over $100 worth of stuff in that box and I am beyond pissed. But of course I'm getting the run around from everyone I contact...figures

UPS is AWFUL - I just found out that my latest order is being shipped through them and I'm worried - they lose EVERYTHING, continually deliver things to the WRONG addresses (that are completely unrelated to mine), and their "customer service" is AWFUL!
