I usually choose the cheapest route when it comes to shipping and that is the USPS choice...lately it's been coming UPS. Is this change through the post office or through Eden? Because my package comes 3 days later than usual and I'm just NOT a patient person when it comes to my toys!

it says UPS Expedited Mail Innovations...I've never heard of it...but I don't like it!! lol

They said they stopped using SurePost and now they are using Innovations? Gah. Contact support and let us know what they say.

I noticed that my tracking originally said my package would be here today, the 12th, but then it changed to Monday. ??? Yet it says my package is at the UPS facility about half an hour away, so why it would take until Monday I have no idea.

I HATE UPS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!!!!

I am not patient either and they always deliver late.

We had an order about a month ago that took longer than normal to arrive. It turned out that Eden had used the UPS/USPS combo shipping instead of the Free USPS shipping that I had selected.

I actually prefer the regular USPS shipping because it normally only takes two days to arrive. Plus my mail usually arrives at noon, while The UPS truck delivers at 6pm.

I prefer USPS over UPS because for me my stuff gets here faster by USPS but longer with UPS. I also don't like how UPS doesn't knock or ring our doorbell when they drop something off! Luckily, nothing has been stolen but I do like on a busy street so knocking would be nice ya know! Plus, I also know when to expect USPS, UPS is just weird times and never the same.

Whether someone knocks or rings the doorbell has nothing to do with them being from either USPS or UPS. Some postal carriers ring the doorbell and wait to hand you the package and some don't even ring the doorbell. UPS carriers sometimes ring or knock; it just depend on the PERSON, not who they work for.
