Does EF usually send freebie vibes with no packaging? I received the "Ultimate satisfier slim" on Friday and when I picked up the box not only was it banging around in there, but the plastic wrapping wasn't on it and when I tried to put the cover back on it - it didn't even fit it. Basically, I got the slim vibe with no protection around it whatsoever. The "EF bullet" I received however was sealed in an EF bag. Is it normal for them to send any type of vibrator out with no packaging? That doesn't seem right. I'm a little worried about using it even if I did clean it.

Hmm, I've never received anything with absolutely zero packaging, perhaps send in a support ticket to ask?

That's definitely a unique circumstance. Nothing leaves our warehouse without packaging.
