I like how quickly issues can be addressed and resolved via chat, however, I think each time I've tried to use it there has been a technical glitch which resulted in my having to call or open a support ticket anyway.

Has anyone else had these issues?

I think I've only successfully connected to an agent once, but had no problems during that session.

Usually I get a "waiting to connect" that eventually times out which I assume means all agents are currently busy and no one was currently available to chat.

I stopped trying ages ago. The last time I attempted was when I woke ridiculously early in the morning (even by my standards) at 3amish as I had problems with a parcel and I was getting tired of the time zones and the waiting for the replies from customer service.

Nope. Notta.

Everyone was offline.

So I spent the hour and a bit before I usually wake to drink more coffee and make pancakes.

I used it once and it worked great! It is availble only during their business hours. I'm sorry you're having trouble! I would rather do the help chat than be put on hold on the telephone. I use my cell phone and those minutes add up fast! I didn't vote since I just have one experience.

I have tried a few times, and the times I connected it worked relatively well. Most of the time they just told me to e-mail an admin hahaha. Quite a few times I ended up not getting connected for like an hour and just gave up. With support tickets you can leave your computer, come back, and find the answer. With phone calls you get someone on the line right away. I really don't try to use it much anymore. *shrugs*

I've only used it once and it went smoothly. Most of this time they're offline cause it's night time but today I wanted to use the chat and they were offline. It was only 2pm. Has that ever happened to anyone?

Never knew there was live chat I just create a support ticket an it is answered in a timely manner

I've never used it. Whenever I am online the support always appears to be offline.

It worked once for me, but now I cannot find a link to it.

I've never used the chat, if I have an issue I just open a support ticket. They're pretty quick to respond that way, for me anyway.
