Hello everyone,

In case you haven't noticed, our customer service hours have changed. We strive to provide great service and support to our customers, so starting this weekend, your calls, support tickets and live chat will be answered 7 days a week!

Since this is the first time we're doing something like this, we weren't sure which route to take - 7 days support or longer hours during the week. We decided to try the 7 days approach and see if it's something of interest to you. Current hours are 9AM-5PM EST 7 days a week.

So, give us a call, meet our new representative Brandon, and submit your preference in the poll.

I think it's great that EF is now offering CS 7 days a week. I would also love extended hours during the week, but if I had to choose one, I'd rather have 7 day a week service.

This is a great expansion of the customer service department. Just see how it goes for a while and if it works, keep it in place. Otherwise, adjust to future circumstances as you see the need.

The only situation that may complicate the change is that shipping of orders from the warehouse on Saturday or Sunday cannot be done while the customer service is open over the weekend.

What is nice is that we now have a chance to make changes to orders BEFORE they make it into pick on Monday. We haul tail in shipping after the weekend, so being able to intercept issues over the weekend will mean smooth sailing when shipping resumes on Monday mornings!
