The question was asked a long time ago (scroll down), but I don't believe it was answered.
I deleted my FB account, so I would like to un-associate the login with my EF account, however I've been cruising around my account dashboard and while I can find the "manage logins" link with no problem, I don't see a way to delete the "current associated login."
Does a ticket need to be created for this or am I missing something?
