I have 2 support tickets that I submitted regarding questions about some of the changes here at Eden. It's been over a week and I haven't heard anything back.

Is there a reason for this?

I was coming to ask how long one should wait for a reply as it has been a couple days since my last reply... but apparently I'm not the only one waiting. =/
