Correct Support Category Header for Missing Order

An order scheduled to arrive today didn't. According to UPS it hasn't even shipped. I did a support ticket this afternoon, but now I wonder if I chose the wrong category, as I haven't had a response, which surprises me.

I chose "other order related" for lack of a "missing order" button. What should I have chosen? Anyone know?

I think that was the right choice. Sometimes they take a bit of time to get back to me on things. I assume it depends on how many other Support Tickets have been put in.
