It depends, but generally a day or so. They are closed on weekend an holidays, so you won't here anything during those days.

My experience is it takes a day. And as Mwar says your reply will be during business hours. EF's time zone is Eastern Standard Time. I have also used the help icon which links you to a live chat with customer service. But this is only avalible during business hours.

Mwar and Gracie are right. The usual response time is about 24 hours or less, weekends and holidays notwithstanding.
