It's telling me that my description is too long but it let me type it all out and when I put it into three different character counters they all said I had 499 characters. (the max for ads is supposed to be 500). When I went to preview it it gave me the message-
"Please correct the following:
A Description is too long"

Has anyone else had this problem? I don't know who controls that part of the site so I don't know which admin I'm supposed to email about it. =(
I just plan to scale it down a bit for right now so it can be submitted but it still seems like an issue that I'm not sure if it's just not working right for me of it the counter is off.

If you have links, that would affect it.

Is this for one product or a couple?

There is no links, just letters. It has multiple products but the character count added spaces when I tested it out. Does the character counter here count punctuation?

Yes, punctuation counts.

Well that might just be it then, not sure if most character counters add in punctuation or not. Either way I took out a couple words and it works now. Thanks for helping =)
