Repetitive posts with refresh button?

Contributor: Peggi Peggi
I was on this thread here: link and I had posted a response...I just wanted to see if anyone else had replied to it, so I hit the refresh button on my computer...

No replies. I hit it a few more times before closing out of the thread, but when I scrolled back up...it had repeated my post multiple times! (which, by the way, if you can go in and delete the accidental ones that would be awesome). Soooo is that supposed to happen? If not...then I guess that's a bug that has to be worked out? If it IS supposed to happen, I definitely will not refresh my pages again, but this is new. It never did this in the past, so I didn't know if it was some weird new feature or not. But I can't seem to find anything about it in the forums. I even tested it one last time by hitting refresh to see if it was really the thing causing it, and sure enough, it posted my reply again...

Just thought you'd like to know.

It's not an issue with Eden, it's an issue directly related to Google Chrome. I'm not sure where it was discussed, but it's already been looked into and there's nothing Eden can do.

I removed those extra posts. The work around is to remove the "last post" part from the end of the address and go to that address.

If it happens, send me an on-site message or email and I'll remove it or another admin will.

No worries!

Oh ok thank you so much for the tip, and thanks for removing my flood of extra posts! I will definitely contact you if it happens again!

PropertyOfPotter, ah, thanks for letting me know that as well. Darn Chrome!
