#AskEden - Who do we contact about the affiliate program?

I read in a previous thread that if we had questions about the affiliate program, to email partners@edenfantasys. com. I've done that, but it's been quite a few days and haven't gotten a response yet. And, in case anyone else might be able to answer my questions:

1- Is the payment threshold still $50?
2- If you've made over $50, is the payout for this month the one that says MAR-13 under 'closed period' when you are looking at the payment history report?
3- If #2 is correct, any idea when payout will be this month?

Payouts are usually made by the 19th at the very latest. I'll ask Fred about it tomorrow.

I usually get affiliate payments between the 16th - 18th.

It has to be the slowest month so far as it's the 17th and still no payment. Have you got it yet?

I haven't gotten my payment yet either, and I almost always get it sometime between the 7th and the 14th. Submitted a support ticket earlier today.

Who is the contact person for affiliate accounts?

I have had my account blocked and am happy to respect Eden's right to do so (although I've got no idea why), but would like to be paid for the money I've earned as an affiliate.

I have opened this second account simply to sort out this issue and will not use it for any other issue. I would've called the number given in the "blocked Account" statement, but as I live in Australia that is not really an option - so please don't block this account. I don't wish to earn points or participate in anything other than resolving the issue of my affiliate account.
