Do you find this banner offensive? "take the best part" take a look

I can see why it's offensive, and I think it is a little bit, but I don't feel too strongly about it.

It makes me cringe a little, but then, I just got finished changing my profile status to a comment about how much I love my Mark O2 dildo... I guess what's good for the goose is good for the gander.

I'm not a big fan of it, but not offended either.

Eh. I can see why it would be offensive, but I'm not so bothered, personally.

Ummm all of the above kind of. I think it's funny because it's offensive but I also don't care because meh.

I see your point. But as a writer I see how they could have been low on ideas and decided to throw it in there just to call it done. I use the banner, even though it is very very offensive. I never thought a vagina was the best part of the body either.

I just kind of expect stuff like that on adult websites. You just hope and have faith in humanity that it's just and advertisement and not how men actually think. If so, they are pricks, there is more to a woman than her vagina obviously! But I'm not offended. I would be offended if someone directly said that to ME.

It is not that I really don't give a crap, but for a lot of men that purchase these. That is all they are wanting that part. My man is a boob man, but they don't have a pair of tits for him to masturbate with. So it all honesty of the context Take the best part is I think just implying to take the best part.

Obviously, speaking as a guy, my opinion here may not mean much LOL. But, I think that its offensive to ME as a guy because it groups all of us men into the category that we're all like that.

I think it's supposed to be a little tongue-in-cheek, and not anything to get offended over.

I can see why it might be amusing, but if a person was cocky about this ad, I'd show him the best part: my fist in his face I think if I had a penis to use with it, I'd find it quite amusing. Yea, that must be why I'm offended... penis envy.

Oh, but I love Petite Valentine's idea about creating a "Man not necessary" ad. I'm all for that to counteract this one.

Eh, I think it's a bit different. There's not a history of reducing men to nothing more than their penises (well, except for the saying that men think with their dicks, but that's not saying that that's the only important part of them). There is, however, a history of reducing women to their reproductive organs, so it has connotations the other doesn't. I have no problem with masturbators in the shape of a woman's vagina/vulva, but when you imply that it's BETTER than a woman (because, hey, you don't have to deal with all the drama, whining, whatever)...that crosses a line, I think :\

Yep, women get objectified enough as is; we don't need that treatment from sex toy retailers too.
