I have looked all over and can't figure out how to make widgets. I keep getting the following:

Please add products to your widget
No products in widget
Available Products
No products in your desktop

A friend of mine told me:

Go to whatever you want on the widget! on the right side of the page below" my public profile, free shipping, " Affillated then contributor Beside that it says Grab it Just click that! Then go in to your account to go widgets and it should be in there.

But it isn't working. Any ideas?

To make a widget, first you need to browse the site in affiliate mode. Select "Affiliate" from the drop down menu on the navigation bar:

Then decide a product you'd like to have in your widget and visit the product's page. In the navigation bar, there will be a Grab It button next to the Desktop button. Click the Grab It button to add the product to your desktop:

When you grab the product, the Grab It button will change to say "Added" and the number on your Desktop button will increase by 1.

Repeat the second step to grab all of the products you'd like in a widget. Then go to your Desktop, either by clicking the Desktop button or going to that section in your affiliate account.

Now it's time to make your widget. You're your desktop, so click Add New Widget to open the widget wizard, which give instructions on each step.

Thanks so much! I wasn't in the Affiliate part, just contributor, LOL.

Its a small script that you can create which you can be put on your own site. The script will show various EF products.
