How do you promote your Affiliate code and how long did it take before you seen an income?
I just started and I'm using cafe mom, facebook, twitter, digg, and myspace I just feel it's not enough so I wanted to know how others do it?

i only give it on my profile here or on occassion to other reviewers. i usually send people to my blog, because I get 20% commission if people order using my banner, so i prefer banner orders obviously but when i want to, i give out my code.

I promote it on Facebook, my livejournal and my blog. Offline I have given one of the flyers to pretty much everyone I know and ask them to pass the code on to their friends and family Seems to be working.
