When someone uses our affiliate code at checkout, does that automatically categorize the purchase under offline affiliate?

I'm seeing orders from offline affiliate orders, but I don't have anyone that I gave info to offline.

Do we only get the 20% if they just click the link with our code & not use the code in their cart?

the code overrides the link, so if they use a link but then enter code in cart it will be the 5% commission and they get the 15% discount

do you have your code posted somewhere maybe?

cuz for it to be under "affiliate orders" it would of been entered in checkout. like when you place an order and enter the code to get your 15% discount it will show as offline affiliate order
