I've noticed that for some reason I've stopped receiving newsletters and such in my email. My profile says I'm subscribed to them, and my email address is correct and verified, so I don't know what happened to them. I checked, and they're not landing in my spam box...

*pouts* if I don't get emails, I forget to come here and check out the promotions!

I'm not getting email notifications on anything either. I'm receiving the ads and stuff, just not any notifications. I haven't really worried about yet, but funny that you're having similar issues!

I've had this happen before & I had to go into my dashboard and re-check the notifications I wanted. I wish I remembered exactly how I got to it, but I'm not sure. I'm pretty sure I was able to fix it by going to my dashboard somehow. Also, when you place an order, you can re-subscribe to certain things & promotions.

I stopped getting e-mails from EF too, ALL e-mails, including promos. I tried clearing my cache and cookies, logging out and logging back in, I tried Kendra's suggestion and I'm still gettin absolutely NOTHING from EF. Please help!

Every time I add a verified email the site decides there's a problem with it, so I gave up months ago.

It also depends on your email provider too. Yahoo and AOL are notorious for marking our emails as spam. The cable company provided email does that too.

I have AOL. I've been receiving e-mails just fine since I first joined EF a year and a half ago. Then all of a sudden, nothing. It just seemed to happen overnight. Just like Faeya, the e-mails stopped about the 11th. I check my spam folder every day and they're not there. Any suggestions?

Yay, I'm getting my e-mail notifications again! I made a purchase about a week ago and at the end of the purchase I checked the little box to subscribe to the EF newsletter. The next day I started receiving my notifications again!
