Hey there! I live in the 32nd largest city in the US, but Eden has always had it as as 'hard to ship to' as Alaska and Hawaii. Okay, so I had to order $60 to get free shipping, no big deal... I understand that it's up to the post office.

But now it doesn't seem like I get free shipping at all? No matter what I add to my cart it wants to charge me $9 for shipping. Is this a new thing? :/

Do you have any over sized items? Did you ask Custom Service about this?

No, it was two small toys. I figured I'd ask on here first in case anyone else has figured it out or asked CS, I just KNOW how much they must love getting the same question over and over!

When it comes to just about anything and everything order related from GC codes to shipping charges, it's a question that should be directed at customer service. Given that this is specific to your location, only a customer service rep can answer properly.

Okie dokie, thanks! I'm submitting one now, I just wanted to see if anyone else who isn't in the 'normal' shipping ranges was having issues.
