Is there anyway to add pictures into forum post? Is that allowed? Or adding link to posts? Is that allowed? Thanks!

Just check out the "Links & formatting" icon next to the Smileys on any post. The formatting is there.

Kindred gave an awesome answer, but I also wanted to let you know that if you need somewhere to host the image, flickr.com, photobucket.com and imageshack.us are all free.
