I just went to place an order and in the payment section there was no option to apply my commissions. Is anyone else having this problem?

So my whole story goes like this. I placed my order, realized I had forgotten to apply my commissions, canceled my order, then when I went to reorder I realized that I hadn't actually forgotten but that there wasn't even the option. Which brings me to a second thing I just realized.
My order came to $59.96.
When looking at my orders report, it says the order was $53.96.
So I looked at my commissions report. I knew that I would be the only order under Partner Online because up until today all other orders were under Partner Flyer. It had 1 order of $53.96 with a commission of $10.79. The commission for my $59.96 order should have been $11.99.
Now I'm not making a fuss about $1.20. I just wanted to point it out because I think it's something the staff should look into. Or maybe I'm overlooking something, I dunno.

That would make sense, but I didn't apply my discount code. One of the things I'm ordering is already on sale so I can't apply my code to everything. It made more sense to pay full price on some other things and get the 20% all in commission.
