Anyway... I take the Kissa out of my cart (it's out of stock now) and resubmit the order but after I clicked the Paypal payment button I received nothing from EF telling me that my order went through successfully. Are you supposed to receive an immediate confirmation telling you that the order was successfully submitted or do you have to wait a while?
There is nothing in my orders list under my account profile to indicate the order went through... but I do see that the gift card I redeemed as part of the order is now down to a ZERO balance so maybe it did go through.
I submitted a ticket to see what the status of the order is and if it went through but does anyone else have info on how quickly you get confirmation when you submit an order?
