So do you fill out the Bizrate mini survery about how your experience was with ordering through EdenFantasy's? Do you fill it out on EVERY SINGLE ORDER? Or just every other order? Or have you not filled one out and just skipped it?

Feel free to vote, it's private, and also feel free to comment.

**Personally I try to do it on every order. During the holidays I had an issue where for some reason I could not access one or 2 of the surveys and gave up. Otherwise I like supporting EF like this by completing the survey as much as possible.**

When you make your order on the site at the checkout, and the order is completed/verified by you, generally a small sliding box will show up at the top right of the page. Asking if you want to take the time to do a small survey about your experience with EF etc. Basically a customer service report to see if EF is satisfying people, last I say, out of 1 to 10 EF is sitting just over 9 for satisfaction. Pretty awesome!

I wouldn't say that I fill it out every other order, but I've done it a few times. I should probably do it more, but I'm often ordering in a rush.

I did it once in the many orders which I have placed with EF. I don't do it any more because of the follow-up e-mail communications sent back to me, which I am not interested in receiving. If the Bizrate survery is sent to the right department, then that's as far as I would like it to go.

Understandable on receiving the emails back. It can get annoying especially if you have enough emails coming in as it is.

I filled it out once. Eden customer service does a good job. I didn't feel a need to fill it out more than once, and I HATE getting repetitive emails.

Seriously! I clicked it once and it redirected me some where, but my computer has all redirection things blocked off so I didn't feel like shutting that off and trying again over some survey.

Honestly, I have made plenty of EF orders and I don't think I have ever seen that come up.

EF on bizrate

It is important for EdenFantasys, but it is something not necessary for any member to have to fill out.

Think of it as a follow up, or mini review of edenfantasys itself. You are able to send in your impression of the company and your experience of it, whether positive or negative. Bizrate is host to many companies with customer feedback/comments/revi ews/ratings. It can help with finding out if a company has a good rep or not.

I meant to put I haven't ordered anything yet. Those surveys usually annoy me on other sites. They just pop up randomly and not at the end of an order so I can't give a real opinion.

I wanted to fill it out. They asked for my e-mail at the end of survey, I don't feel comfortable giving that out. So I ended up not filling any out.

That part didn't bother me too much, if they start spamming me I can just block the email easily. But then again, my email is with link and I remember when I first created this email address there and within 5 minutes of making it, hotmail shared my email with 3rd party's and I had 20 spam emails waiting for me.

Yes I will fill it out. I think it's funny. I'm still getting one even after I cancelled an order. The reason I cancelled it was because I forgot to use my points and 15% discount on my order. Yes this was my first order. I'm a rookie. I will do better next time.

We all made the common and easiest mistakes. I have forgot to add on a "free gift" from time to time with orders. lol
