Credit Card Locked Out/Customer Service Checked Out

So I just moved and hadn't bothered to change the address on my Credit Card.

Earlier I attempted to order something and it wouldn't go through and eventually got denied and locked out.

I immediately called my Credit Company and confirmed that it was because of my conflicting addresses and had it changed to the correct one.

The site says I'm locked out of this session but can try again later.

HOW much longer is LATER? A Few hours? A day. DayS?

I've been calling their customer service line and been put on hold back to back to back since 9am until it automatically goes to voice mail.

Do they ever answer their phones?

Hi.

Thanks for the help.

So I emptied out my cache/cookies and now it is letting me order again, but it is still telling me again that:

"ERROR: Payment authorization was denied
Please verify that all your ordering information is correct then try again."

I'm so confused. I've never had this problem before.

Could it be that my change of address hasn't been put into effect yet?

Hi,

I just responded to your email with the advice to clear cookies If you're still getting a decline, I suggest waiting 24 hours. The payment processor has probably flagged your card with suspicious activity, since there has been multiple declines in a short period of time. If you like, you can fax us your order (Mail/fax order link at the bottom of checkout) and I'll make sure to process it ASAP for you.
