I just tried it a few times but there's an issue with the link or something cause it still won't offer the Facebook discount in the cart.

I'll have to wait and see if I get a reply from one of the staff. They no doubt have someone working on it.

Makes me wonder how many people have tried to purchase off the LELO page via the FB discount. I haven't come across anyone else posting about the problem - except Love Buzz.

I tried with my sisters eden/fb acct on a diff computer but no joy.

Apparently other people she spoke to on twitter are having the exact same issue. I also noticed that although the page for the promo is still up it isn't being listed in the list of current promotions.. ugghhh

I guess everyone is busy due to the holidays to answer support tickets.... but it makes me think...Im not worried because Im a reviewer & Eden does great things for me, but for a normal customer.. I guess I better get my buy out review finished up! Not sure if it will get fixed in time b4 the sale runs out

added a post to the thread u suggested - will have to see how we go

[edit] maybe you could start a thread in the updates & feedback area of the forum as I saw this post regarding promo codes was answered quite quickly, or maybe msg the staff member who responded to that post

Yeah, I noticed it wasn't in the list of promos too.
I'll go check out the forum to see if theres any replies. The net has been off due to a damn storm - keeps coming back on us.... grrrrr. Must have some kind of storm magnet here...lol.

I've got one of my 6 buy outs done. Sent in my Alia review but I must be tired cause I thought I had made the pics smaller but some weren't and I had a couple of heading words where they shouldn't have been. Poor Jen having to deal with that mess.

I'm working on my Mia review but I think I should get some sleep - my brain isn't functioning properly. The things I could get done if I didn't need to sleep!

If there's no response in the other posts I did, I'll see if that one has more luck.
Are we invisible? Lol.

I'm thinking I'd like the Lelo candle as well as the Iris. I don't really want to do a review on a candle... I don't think there is enough for me to write about. So I'd have to wait til another sale is on.

Promotion has apparently been de-activated according to this tweet

Guess Im going to have to write a review of it to get the discount. Don't get me wrong I love reviewing but the roae one was so hard to review as it just didnt work for me. I didn't want to commit to writing about it if I don't end up liking it.

Oh well!

Yeah, I posted in the counting down to christmas and Cynthia (aka Miss Cinnamon) said she will see if she can find out more ... if the deal will be back etc.

And in another forum post, Kristi said it had been deactivited but that Neuron Geek is aware of the issue that was happening.

So that's a bugger but will see what Cynthia can find out and will let you know.

Yeah, I can't blame you. It's easy when a toy is enjoyable or even ok, but when it's not grand at all it's like pulling teeth...lol.
I won't do a buy out on the candle - I don't feel confident enough that I can write a proper review cause there's not really much to say about a candle.
I'd give a review a go if I didn't have to write one to see how I go but a buy out would put too much pressure on I think.
I might just get a free toy with my DVDs when they are ready.

Ive read this discussion over and over, but I still can't figure out why I cant get the free Facebook friends offer.... Should I just try again later? Is it a bug of some sort. So confused.....

Have you clicked on the share button on the left hand side of the page showing the free toys (only seems to be the bullet left)?

That should make it show up in your facebook. Click the link there and when it brings you back to product page here, add it to your cart. It then should have a button below your cart items ... something about checking for discounts.
Once you click that, it should adjust the toy price to zero.

Ok so I searched Eden Friends because I could not figure out the free gift for the friends. and I wanted Kissa!

I figured I would tell you what I did after reading through this.

I logged out and hit refresh. (just in case)

hit login, and used the facebook connect. I added kissa to my order. No discount button.

I shared the kissa promotion from the friends page. still nothing.

Then I went to my dashboard and double checked my associated login. Now I dont know if this means anything or if it just a fluke but it said I have one associated login. Under that it said try it now. So i clicked the fb connect button that is under there and it gave me a very fast message saying I am successfully connected.

From there when I checked my cart, I had a Check my discount button. clicked it and blammo. It is done.

I'm not sure abuot getting things from liking specific items on f/b, but general tip i found out about discount etiquette; weird thing with the discounts,it's mentioned on other forum's on the website; for the high intensity bullet and free gift last week, i had to make sure that i was adding items to my cart form the search browser, not my wishlist. The same items that were in my wishlist could be added to the cart, just not through the wishlist 'browser?.' i had to go select them through the ef search bar. Then, when i added the discounted items to the cart, the option(!) for adding the potential discounts was available on the cart. Maybe the search browser thing is related to your queries?
