How does EF decide which products to carry?

Contributor: Petite Valentine Petite Valentine
There are items that show up on the site and are reviewed (usually samples from the manufacturer), but not offered for sale. For example, the Fleshlight Freaks Drac.

If the item was reviewed poorly, I would understand EF deciding not to carry it, but in my example all the reviews are 5-star. So I would like to know, how does EF determine what will and will not be stocked? I know customer demand (see every "Eden Should Carry" thread) is part of it, but what else?

You started a great question. I would like to know their answer too! I will save this thread and follow the responses going forward!

There are a variety of factors. Trends, quantity available by the manufacturer, review ratings...the Eden Should Carry thread. If people ask and it seems like it would be a reasonable purchase, we try to pick it up and add it.

The manufacturers who are members of Eden Link can add products to the site for people to review, but it doesn't necessarily mean we stock it.

That's one of the cool things about Eden, even if we don't carry it we will likely have a review for it and people can then go directly to the manufacturer for it.

I've always wondered about why sometimes there are reviews of products not available here.
