EF no longer shipping out orders the next day?

When I originally started ordering from Edens (in July), every time I would place an order, it would be shipped from Edens the very next business day. I very purposefully order on certain days so I can know when an item is arriving because I split my time between my house & my boyfriend's and don't like packages arriving while I am not home.

The last two orders we've placed, it originally says on the order print out summary that it would be shipped the next day. When we get on to check on the status, the date has always been changed to the following business day. (Examples: Order placed Sat. said it'd ship Mon., actually shipped Tues. & Order placed Thurs. said it'd ship Fri. and (hopefully) will ship Mon.)

Is this the way the all orders (using the regular shipping) are being processed? I'm just trying to save myself the 40 mile round trip drive to pick up my packages.

Haha. Woops. This is actually Beautiful Dreamer- my boyfriend did the save login option on my computer. Still the same question though!

We got alerted with your post. It is our strict operational policy to ship orders same day or next day, depending on the time the order was placed. It is our pride

We looked into your particular orders and found what exactly happened to them. Because they were fully or partially paid by affiliate commissions, the extra verification step was required. This caused one day delay. Redemption of the commissions shouldn’t cause delays but it currently does and we will streamline the process in the future.

Hi! That's fine. We (Bucking Bill & I) don't mind the extra wait, we just need to know which house to be at on which day to receive the shipment. Thanks!!

I recently placed a couple orders by cashing in several gift cards on each that I had earned from my video reviews. I guess just like the affiliate commissions, it takes a few extra days to verify? Because neither has shipped yet and I was due to get them within next two days.

That seems a little odd. You might want to submit a support ticket or email someone instead, since this thread is older and might not be seen by the people who can help you. I hope it works out! ^_^

With large orders/gift cards, I've sometimes noticed a two-day lag in getting the products out for shipping - it's never really a problem though.

Same here. Usually my items ship same or next day. But I have on occasion noticed a 2 day wait on larger orders, or ones that were paid for with some combination of gift cards and affiliate commissions. I don't think it's really a big deal. Eden Fantasys is still one of the fastest shippers I've had the pleasure of dealing with.

They just shipped today actually, so no biggie! I'm on the East coast so I usually get them within 2 days via Priority Mail.

I noticed this too. Ever since the change of the online look of it, it seems they are really slow. I waited over a week for one and then started another order and it still hasn't come. It is on back order. This has happened like 4-5 times now. It's not the extra wait that bothers me. That's fine. EF is super fast as is...so an extra day or two is pshh. But what bothers me is the back ordering and the inaccuracy of the mailing time line. I used to be able to count on packages from eden down to the hour of the day it was coming. But not anymore and this really messes stuff up for me sometimes.

I'm sure they will get back on track. There have been a lot of extra customers. It's hard to be patient when you have such exciting stuff coming in the mail...but it is worth it in the end
