Is anyone else overseas not being told when your order is actually sent, so it doesn't come up with the tracking number??????

I don't know about others but I live way out so the courier has to come way out of their way to bring my orders. When my order was being updated in my account, I was able to trace it and know when the courier would be delivering so I could make sure someone was home to accept it. They will not leave it unattended! And I live 1hr 30mins away from the courier depot so I can't just call in to pick it up myself. I have to chase them up other wise it doesn't get delivered. Even then, the courier doesn't deliver everyday to private homes out here. I have to wait til the next delivery day comes around.

The last 2 orders now, haven't been updated until after I receive the actual order - that's NOT handy!

I'm wondering if things will go back to normal eventually or is this how things will work now?

I'm sure things will get back to normal soon. I'm thinking that a lot of the recent issues have been a result of the Eden/Liberator marriage.

I have a problem with the recent Porn Club shipment. I have been told it would ship on a certain day and it DID NOT ship that day at all from what I can see. I have submitted a support ticket and have gotten no response. I certainly hope it is not a sign of things to come, just a glitch in the merger.

They are in the process of relocating the warehouse to Georgia.

I have different problem, half of my shipment shipped partially I got the E-mail notification for that, the other half went on backorder ok. Only I got the part that was supposed to be on back order ,with no shipping E-mail, before I got the half that was listed as shipped. And even thought I got both halves of my order. The order page still shows it as being in process and that one item as being on backorder.

For this, I would definitely submit a support ticket.

I am sure things are just topsy turvy with the move.

My other order was placed on the 22nd Feb, so yeah it would make sense cause they would have been full on from back then.

Kinda expected (guessed going by past orders) my latest to arrive today but no luck
Can't wait to watch my new DVDs!

I'm sooooo anxious to see them!

I'm probably the only one, but I would rather things stay as they were, rather than merge. Things ALWAYS change when a company sells out or merges with another.
I'm making the most of things while I can.

I'm sorry you ran into this inconvenience! Could you please clarify what exactly is not getting updated?
We do send out an automatic email notifying customers of the order shipment as well as update their order status on EdenFantasys.com

Hey,

The order gets sent out but I just can't tell when to expect the courier cause there's no tracking number until it's updated - by email or here.

I placed my order on the 9th and I got the standard email to say my order has been sent to the warehouse. Since then, no emails and in my account it still says 'In process'.

It was the same for my order back on the 22nd Feb. The email and update in my account didn't happen until after I received the order.

I did an order on the twelfth and it still says in process but I'm figuring it isn't as speedy as normal because of the move?

Uggg, just got an email to say both my porn club DVDs are out of stock.
So don't think I'll get to see them before the discussion. But on the up side, I don't have to rush to get my Almost Heaven review in before they arrive.

Weird - the partial order is being sent via priority post. Kinda easier although I'm guessing will be a lot longer.
I wonder why they waited so long before sending part.

I'm guessing it is the massive move slowing things which would be expected. I hate moving!
