I've been active for over a month, verified email and set up profile. Why am I still a trial member?

How do you activate discussion services? I am having the same issue but I can't find where to activate.

Welcome to the Community! I believe you've just activated your discussion service, you've started a new thread and also made some posts.

Okay, thank you! It is still showing as a trial member, but maybe it will update overnight.

You will become a regular member after the 15 days trial period, please read the following info:

New accounts, trial period
All new accounts start out with the EdenPoints Program in Trial stage. This stage has lower limits on how many points you can earn, as well as less actions that are rewarded with points.
Your account will be upgraded to Regular stage after 15 days and after the following mandatory actions have been completed:
• Activate discussion service
• Publish public profile
• Verify your email

Yes, I have read that. I opened my account on April 17th, and verified my email. I did not do anything to "activate discussion service", but I'm here now so assuming it is activated.

I would assume nothing. It seems like all the point generating activities are automated. If it is possible, can you go through the different activities and double check that they are complete.

I forgot to do this and I'm still in the Trial phase of membership .

I remember verifying my email, but I don't remember activating a discussion service. Rossie said that because I am posting here it must have activated. I also see on my points list that I received points for "publishing public profile", however I am still listed as a Trial member. Those requirements don't have checkboxes like the others do, so I think I will just have to wait now.

You have done so much, though!

I hope your membership is upgraded soon.
(I hope mine is, too, because I'm waiting to place a rather large order.. )

Perhaps you and Dovahkiin should both submit a support ticket asking what you still need to do. Mine didn't upgrade right away either. There seem to be an issue with getting the upgrades to work properly, however customer service should be able to help. There's no phone number I can find, and support tickets aren't always responded too, so you may need to submit it again in a few days. Good luck to you both!
