Oh goodness. What is wrong with people?
1. We definately should be able to moderate comments left on our own profiles as our profiles sometimes have links to our outside blogs, emails, etc.
2. I understand why there are reviewer accounts vs. buyer accounts and I understand why buyer account holders can discuss in the forums. Afterall, the forums are a great place to bring in new people and help them feel comfortable talking about sexual issues.
BUT - It's time that only reviewer account holders can leave comments on other reviewers' profiles. EF could still leave it open for buyer account holders to send reviewers personal messages.

I just hope EF is as prompt as they can be (which I'm sure they will be) and that we can make sure nothing like this happens again (there's really no 100% preventive measure we can take but maybe baby steps?)...

I want it removed too. That's tacky and rude. Actually, we shouldn't have to deal with it as an email either. I personally think that someone is jealous because they can't manage a sex life or decent reviews.
I've long been an advocate of the ability to delete comments on our own reviews, profiles and in the forum. How many times have we sent an email saying something was spam?

This should be a SAFE environment for people to express themselves without anon posters having free reign to create bogus profiles and be ugly.
From what I can see, it is someone who is unhappy with something you said either on a review or in the forum, so this is there jerky way of exacting revenge.

By bringing this up in the forum, you bring it to the attention of ALL reviewers, and bring it to the level of "Fix this right now, and allow us the discretion to fix things when we can."

We removed the comments mentioned above at 8am this morning, as yesterday was a holiday and the thread was not seen by staff. All of us at Eden are sorry to see such behavior on our site. In the future, if anyone has an issue with their account, please email us at: partners@edenfantasys. com

I'm glad to see this was taken care of ASAP. I'm sure we all understood it was a holiday. We don't expect you all to work 24/7!

What about the issues raised in this thread? I feel confident in saying we have raised some valid points about being able to control what is posted on our individual profiles and I would like to see some EF admin response to those requests.

I think opening up the forums and/or information about harrassment to users not involved creates a sort of mob mentality and could make this a potentially hostile place for the offending user who may have simply forgotten their head and popped off without reason. That's no reason to create a bad taste in the mouths of uninvolved parties. Everyone makes mistakes. Trolls notwithstanding.
