I'm sure I'm not the only one who orders here internationally.

How long do you usually have to wait before they ship out your orders? My first orders were around 1 to 2 days, and they've been shipped out by DHL. 4 days after shipping, I usually get the package already.

This time, however, it's already been 1 week and 1 day and my order is still being processed. I haven't received any confirmation of it being shipped at all

The customer service said it'll be shipped 'tomorrow' (this was the day before yesterday) and up to now, still nothing.

I feel bad because those were supposed to be gifts for some friends this Valentine's...and their gifts to others, too. It's also got a toy for review..

Such a pity I have to wait for a long time before it's even shipped.

What about your own experiences?

Well I am in Canada and so far I had two separate shipping from EF, one small and light, and one large and heavy. And they were shipped really quickly. But there could be a huge number of orders right now and that they are doing the best they can.

The only issue or delay I really had was with my customs if the shipment was large. But the delay was not EF's fault.

good to hear that.

Yup, customs aren't their faults, but then they it wasn't shipped out yet by EF soooo..i dunno i feel sorry that I won't be able to give out gifts this Valentine's

Now I really feel bad. It's been a week and 3 days since I paid..still NOT shipped out.

It has been processing for a week wonder what's wrong?

Just be patient, I'm sure nothing is wrong, especially if you've already put in a question with customer service. I'd suggest they were just very busy, especially with orders around Valentines Day, so unfortunately you might just have to sit tight. I've experienced varying shipping times to Australia too, but I don't think it it necessarily because they're international orders, more that sometimes there is a greater volume of orders to process and it takes extra time.

I understand the shipping times, but I don't know why the CS told me that the order was already processed last week, and that it would also ship that week...

I just hope they'd tell it outrightly that they cannot ship ASAP (I'd perfectly understand) instead of saying that it'd be shipped last week...
