Hello all. I've been trying to place an order the past few weeks and every time I go to checkout, only 25% of my gift card is being used and I have to pay the difference? I tried looking up some information on this and I wasn't able to find anything. Can someone please help me with this? The gift card was from converted EF points.

You're only allowed to use 15% of your generated gift cards toward purchases. This was a change that was made in mid-June.

Sadly this will make me probably stop shopping here. I earned the points to pay for my order since money is tight right now and I thought I could use the points to treat myself. Most of the points were from my birthday giftcard which I should if anything be able to use for a whole order

I was upset about it at first, but then I calmed down. I mean, if you're buy sex toys periodically, you still end up using all of the points, and 15% off is still a nice deal.

It would be nice to use all of your points in an order, but even getting 15% just from posting around the forums is a great deal, especially since you can use it on the shipping cost as well and even if the toy is on sale.

There are also rumors of a new tiered system where people in higher tiers will be able to use more points per order. That'll be a great intensive to post useful reviews!

True, but still going away for a few months due to illness then coming back and being told you can only use 15% of your points really sucks. A higher percentage would make me want to stay but currently 15% isn't enough for me since I only get to use tops $4-5 of points for my orders. I saved up the points to get something nice for me and my boyfriend to use as a me getting better present but that ended up failing miserably.
