Points not credited for an order.

I recently placed an order and for some reason I was not credited the points. Is there a way to check into this?

Points are always pending on an order until it is reviewed and accepted for shipping. If you go into your account and then in the eden points program, check to see if you have "pending points" or "pending balance".

If you do, then it's just waiting for someone at EF to review and accept your order. If there is no pending points, you can open a support ticket and they can definitely help you out.

Correct. If you just placed the order while logged into your account, the points will appear in your available balance once the order ships. You should see them "pending" until then. If they aren't appearing at all, feel free to send us a support ticket!

Also, make sure that you were logged into your account when you placed the order. If you were, then the order will be accessible from your account. Unfortunately, if you weren't logged in, we don't have a way to retroactively attach orders to accounts, due to security and privacy reasons, since sensitive information like your name and address are displayed when accessing an order from your account.

Does paying for your order with gift cards or points have any effect on the points you receive? It always seems to be hit and miss whether I get points or not. I placed a decently large ($100+) order last week and got the pop-up box of "0 Points", which was a bummer.

There was (might still be?) an error in the system with that. It pops up zero but you still get the credit. There had been a lag of a few days with crediting the points. If you go in your Points Summary it should show the correct pending amount.

Mine came up as "0" also on the order page, but the points were still in my account when I checked.
