My points won't update & I have not received my 4500 points for my Sexis articles

First my EdenPoints didn't update the 1500 for publishing two articles. I also didn't receive my 3000 points for my two articles that were published on November 17. Then today my EdenPoints aren't updated with my first two posts I made today. All I was told in an email is its being looked into today. I worked hard on my two articles only to receive nothing for my time.

It showed 5 pts awarded. I'm glad you received a reply. Where/whom did you send an email to ? I would like to ask a question also.

Go to your page, then account dashboard, then link

for details. pts converted to gift card, then max 15% discount on a EF item.
When you reply, the pts should show on a little pop up on lower right of page. It only appears for 1.5 seconds. You also get pts for purchases and posting reviews. (500 pts)

Houston, we have a problem! I also have been having an issue with the point allotment. I haven't been receiving my points for participation in the forums.

So you haven't received any points at all or just less than the points listed in the "Point Schedule"? How long ago was your account opened? Have you studied this Trial Period Members Guidelines?

Note: The Trial Member point schedule is out of date — you do not get to earn points for some of those activities anymore.

I've read the trial member guidelines several times. Just to be clear, which activities am I getting points for? If the member guidelines are out of date, who is keeping track of the points and their distribution?

Please don't worry, I'm sure Eden's tracking software is up to date.

To find out which activities still give you points, you can cross-check the Trial Member points schedule against the Regular points schedule. The activities not listed in the regular points schedule are the ones that no longer let you earn points.
