I'm not sure who to write to in EF with this problem? We have a student in the Mentor Program that we've corresponded with a couple of times so far, but now when we try to reply to her messages it says "This contributor didn't activate the messaging service."

Sorry this got buried before I could respond to it (in the middle of a project now).
Basically, they haven't activated their messaging service yet. Nothing you or we can do on our end.

When this happened in an older thread, Gary said he could email the student with the email account on file. But I'm not sure that's exactly what's happening here? It sounds like you were messaging before and now it is no longer working?
