Well its not all about the amount of reviews i think the average vote on how good your reviews are counts alot

There are a lot of things that factor into it. Since they weren't published right away (I'm only guessing), they shouldn't actually play into it at all right at the moment. Other things that can affect your rank: comments and votes on your reviews, your activity on the site, and other people's activity as compared to yours. If you aren't as active on a day that a bunch of other people are more active, that might affect your rank as well. This link should help explain that a little better, and if it doesn't there are dozens of other threads that I can't find right at this moment that talk about it as well
