I was assigned a review and accepted. It has been over a week and my product still has not shipped. I have accepted a manufacturer sponsored assignment and some toys since then. Those have shipped, but the original package has still not been sent out.
How long is a normal wait period. If I cancel the order because I would like have a new assignment which will actually ship, will that reflect negatively on me?

Sorry if this is necroing if it has been resolved, but I ordered a Tenga Flip Hole black with my points for my bf for xmas and it, too, hasn't shipped either. I was hoping it'd arrive next Monday as per was the time for it to be scheduled, but it hasn't even left the warehouse yet, which might cause me a bit of a problem getting it when people are now going to be home.

Usually things are shipped the day you order unless it's too late. Something happen? It's weird how our things don't seem to be shipping (mine wasn't an assignment though.)

And not meaning to hijack the thread, just didn't want to start a new discussion, hope that's okay. >.>

It says monday jan 1st doesn't it? It may be out of stock, my item was. J.R resolved it for me.

I have a package on the way that says January 1st in one place and November 23rd in another. I'm wondering if there's a glitch somewhere.

I've always gotten the message that products were scheduled for delivery on January 1st when I've checked On Eden before they have actually been sent. I think Jan 1 is the default setting.

I've had a week pass before a package has been shipped but I always get an email once it has left the warehouse with a link for tracking the package included.

I doubt this helps much, but perhaps submitting a support ticket would help you to find out???

Well that's a much better default setting than Amazon's release date default -- for nearly a year, a dvd I wanted that didn't have an actual expected date was listed as due to arrive in August of 1969. Because dvds were big at Woodstock. *eyeroll*

Nope, says due to arrive on Monday, Nov. 22. But I never got an actual shipped e-mail with tracking.

I guess you could always submit a support ticket. I just had to do one because my latest toy for review is messed up. Or like girl with fire said contact JR if he helped her Im sure he can help you too

well I'm going to send my mail to the guy's house my boyfriend stays at a few nights a week he pays him some rent money and I know the guy too as he works at mcdonalds once in a great while because he has 2 jobs..anyway I'll just have to open packages in my bf's van and sneak them in a large purse or carry things under my coat if I have to..

I had the same problem but it turns out it shipped today now its going to arrive the day the family will be here for thanksgiving dinner. I have to come up with an excuse also, Sh***t!!!
