I purchased the LIberator wedge/combo, it got backordered but I got it last week but then today another big box was at my door. I was hoping its wasnt another LIberator (what else would be in this huge box) but it was.

I called and left a message and submitted a support ticket.

Has this ever happened to anyone? Im a little worried because it is such an expensive item and my first one was a buy out. The second one also came with a dvd which I did not get originally. Is that okay to keep?

I'd wait to hear from Customer Service before you open the DVD. You can call them, you know.

If it's the Liberator DVD, yes you can keep that

I just noticed too that my order for a bullet vibe was supposed to arrive today. Maybe it was a computer glitch.

i got my order today, and i wasn't supposed to get it til tuesday. so i think there are definitely some glitches!

Well, it could be a funny situation when somebody orders a discreet bullet-vibe and suddenly this huge box arrives (with product box full of those big photos picturing possible sex-positions).

But I get it that you already ordered and received one before so I guess it was just some duplicity within the system. Anyway, good that you contacted EF immediately, I would do the same. Funny situation
