Anyone else is having non replies from support tickets messages?

I sent a support ticket on 4/19/2011 still haven't got an answer, another one on 4/20/2011 and nothing.

If someone in EF can do something support ticket number is 18092.

I think it may depend on what category the ticket falls under. My most recent tickets regarding product availability was answered literally within minutes. However, I also had a ticket regarding a site glitch that never got answered for several months. You can also always call the support line to speak with someone live.

I really haven't had an issue with support tickets. They always get right on top of things for me. Hm. I guess it depends on the support ticket you submitted. If it is taking a little while longer, it may be that they are handling the issue?

Same here. I submitted a ticket under " Other order-related issues " on the 19th, still no reply.

If you put your ticket under the same category maybe that's the issue, as Kindred posted.
