How do you know when you have a defective vibrator and what is the procedure if it's an assignment?

I for one had a defective one that wouldn't even turn on because the contacts in the battery compartment were messed up.

Just submit a support ticket on that order and someone from EF will get back to you.

Ask yourself if it is likely doing what it is supposed to. If not then chances are it is defective (the other option is that it's just really poorly designed).

Hmmm... What do you think about my Zenith? The button that controls it always was a little flaky. Recently I dropped in on the floor (but only from 3 feet up) and now it won't turn on at all.

Does that count as defective?

I finished my review. So maybe it doesn't matter if it clung to life long enough for that.

The vibrations in my toy are intermittant, like there's a defect in one of the contacts or something. It acts like the battery is just about dead and then gets super strong for a second then back to acting like it's about to die to super strong again. It's a brand new battery. I bought a 20 pack because I knew I was getting two vibes.

I'm thinking that both of ours are defective. I almost returned mine right away for the same problem as you - intermittent ability to start. But it would eventually start so I kept with it.
