Packages can have a 3-5 delay on them because UPS or USPS holds the right to reserve your package if they want to. So, you might not even be able to get a hold of anyone about it. Submit a support ticket if it hasn't arrived today. Then you will be told what I said above. And they'll wait out to see if you still get your box. If not, then EF sends your package to you all over again.
They are awesome! I even had items show up a over a week after the 3-5 delay. I had already received my replacement box. EF will send you a shipping label to return these, if that happens too.
I see your past the 3-5 day hold though. Definitely submit a support ticket. They will take care of everything.
