I just close out that window or tab and open a new one. Clunky answer, but it works.

If you have a handmixer, make your own Irish Cream milkshake - vanilla ice cream, Irish cream coffee flavoring, a bit of milk, and mix. Used to piss off my old diner boss that I'd make specialty shakes like that.

In a pinch I like a mint chocolate chip shake - you do need a big straw so the chips don't get stuck, LOL!
