The all time best gift ever from a significant other was a pair of beautiful aquamarine earrings that my finacee picked for out to match the color of my eyes. The time he took to scour jewelry stores to find them really touched me. A close second is when my ex got me a plush squid...super cute. The worst present I ever got from a significant other was a weight loss book from my ex... I don't know how he thought that was a stellar gift.

The best gift I got was from my boyfriend. He bought an unfinished wooden tray, and hand painted "bon-appetit" and a beautiful owl on it. I love it and the fact he took time to make me something so wonderful!

My favorite was when our family saved up to go on a family vacay to Cozumel!

The best gift I think I ever recieved was actually a party. My boyfriend, best friend and my sister all got together and planned a surprise party for my 23rd birthday. I was totally clueless. The best part was I got to share it with my family AND my crazy party friends and it actually worked out really well!! Best birthday ever

The best present I have ever gotten was the saphire ring from my boyfriend. He knew that is my favorite gem stone. Made me really happy.

My boyfriend planned a trip to see my all time favorite band. He booked the rental car, the hotel, the tickets - everything!

After reading some of these answers, it seems a little silly, but I have to say the best gift I've ever gotten was from my boyfriend of almost 2 1/2 years; we both are a little on the broke side, so we really don't do much gift giving, but for our 2 year anniversary he bought me a big box of crayons and a coloring book since he knows I love coloring so much (and yes, I'm 23 years young LOL).

All in all, all of the little gifts he gives me are so full of thought that they're all wonderful

Best present...I've gotten a lot of nice, thoughtful gifts; it's hard to pick just one. Most recently, I was given an e-reader. Nothing will diminish my love for bound books, but ebooks are great for travel--and I've been able to more easily attain some titles.

Worst gift! I can't think of anything too scandalous--maybe a shirt I'd never wear or jewelry not at all to my taste.

I was in another long distance relationship once before. It was coming up to Christmas and there was a knock on the front door... my parents had secretly arranged for my boyfriend to surprise me with visit! They're really the greatest parents; we're a lower class family but they always try their best to give me and my brothers what we need and make us happy.

The best gift was my black cat my partner got us. We named it Loki because it is such a mischief maker.

The worst gift ever was a pair of them candy-g-string things for Spencer's. I got if from my grandmother, I was mortified....

It's kind of a worst and best-I always get a pack of white granny panties from my grandma EVERY Xmas-so thats my worst, but I admit they're really comfortable ol, so it's not quite a best but a 'good'

I don't really know, it's hard to pick a best present.

And nothing really stands out for worst either! XD I guess something I don't use, but can't return. A chatzky(sp?) that I don't even care for I guess.

There was the year I got a plastic rolling pin from Dollar Tree that fell apart when I picked it up. I even forgot to be polite and asked, "Why did you get me this?" Funny thing is, the answer was "I don't know!"

My 35mm digital camera and all of its accessories was a gift from my wife. It was the perfect gift as it keeps on giving every time we use it to add to our naughty photo collection. It's so much better than using a point and shoot camera.

The worst? A candle I gave my sister that she regifted BACK TO ME the next year.

Last year my partner treated me to quite a bundle of sex toys (including the long lusted after Eroscillator. As we were getting married a couple of weeks after Christmas it was a great way to start to new year/marriage
