I don't suppose it's news to anyone, but doing anything online these days carries it with it a certain amount of risk. When it comes to shopping that's even more true. I mean, how do I know if what I'm ordering is really what I'm going to get, or if I'll recieve it at all? Will it be the same color or size that I see on my display? Will it really be what I need? And you can forget about getting help or customer service online!

Still not convinced? Maybe this last tidbit will help. Like I said at the beginning, I've been shopping with them for quite awhile, after trying a lot of the other sites that are out there. Only once have I ever had any problem with my order (not so with other sites where my experiences were almost nightmarish). Not only did they correct the problem, they contacted me (discreetly) by email address that I have given them to tell me that an error had occurred. They immediately shipped me the correct item and told me to keep the other item to try out. Now the item wasn't a very expensive one, but that's customer service!
