Here are two ways to get involved on the forum:
The first one we mentioned in the call for volunteers. Post a comment on this thread and ask the authors questions about kegeling, toys, the health benefits our volunteers observe, etc.
The second way to get involved is to kegel along with us. If you've got a toy (from reviewing, or buying it on your own, or whatever) use it. If not, kegel without one. Every Friday, participants will submit their journal entries for the week. The following Monday, we'll post a thread with excerpts from their entries. And then we'll ask you to post excerpts from your own journals on the thread.
To give everyone ample time to receive their tool, we'll begin kegeling together on Friday, March 15th. Participants will keep the workout schedule listed below. They will write a journal entry on all workout days and submit the week's entries to me (email@example.com m) every Friday starting March 22nd. (This goes for those of you participating on the forum, too!)
First and second week:
Participants will kegel Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, with or without a tool, respectively. To do this, participants will flex their kegel muscles (the muscles you use to start and stop the flow of urine) for 5-10 seconds, rest for 10 seconds. Repeat this 10 times.
Third and fourth week:
Participants will kegel Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, with or without a tool, respectively. To do this, participants will flex their kegel muscles for 10-20 seconds, rest for 10 seconds. Repeat this 10 times.
